This article really points to it. UM is in a basketball league and the football will suffer long term if they do not make a change. There is talk of FSU going to the Big 12. UM needs to lead that charge and make the jump. The money, the recruiting credibility, the fan support, the exciting AND nationally relevant games, and the stadium all suffer in the ACC. Sure, the SEC is great but the Big 12 would give UM a spot back at the top. FSU wants to go to the Big 12, and Louisville is ready to go any day, so UM will have to act aggressively and swiftly, and if the president is not ready to look at SERIOUSLY making the switch, then a change should be made. If you look at the amount of money the crappy SEC schools are getting compared to the ACC then you start to see the long term problem. Just read about the reasons why FSU wants to go and basically every one of those reasons goes double for UM. UM needs a spark, and a stadium, and a long term sustainability plan. Otherwise, like the article about FSU making the jump stated: the ACC teams are competing with the Mississippi States and Vanderbilts, and not the Alabama’s and LSU’s. The windfall between the FSU budget and the UFlorida budget over the next 15 years has something like a $128 million difference between expected revenue, based on the current long term TV contracts, and you know UM’s income forecast isn’t any better than FSU’s. The Big 12 offers more, immediately . . . a lot more, and long term the Big 12 money could put UM on par with the SEC schools. The ACC, for a multitude of reasons, is not working for UM. The football is as bad as it has ever been since Howard first took over, and nobody can argue that basketball has benefited on the court from ACC affiliation. When Jimbo Fisher is stating his desire to leave for the Big 12 openly to the press, UM needs to take notice and be proactive . . . there is no time to waste. This needs to be seriously explored. Besides, from a pure football perspective look at the upgrade in games on the schedule with UM in the Big 12.

People always go on about how bug ridden all of bethesdas games are. All I’m gonna say is from oblivion, fallout 3 and skyrim I have never encountered a major bug which ruins the game for me. Yes there are of course some minor bugs which you notice but all games will have small bugs. The only one I have seen in Skyrim is textures loading slowly but wait a few seconds and they are fine and I’ve put many hours into all these games. BUT WAIT!!! I forgot that bad graphics for a couple of seconds ruins my gaming experience. Ah oh well I’ll just sell skyrim. The only major bug I have ever encountered was in fallout 3 where I jumped into a river from a bridge and I crashed. So yeah…

Bethesda makes high end games the people that complain about crashing need to upgrade their computer or if you are playing on a console blame the console manufacture cause every one of the Elder Scrolls games runs on my Computer without crashing. My n’vidia card from 4 years ago can barely run Skyrim these games are meant for high end computer gaming the fans that follow the games know this.
